Landlord Gas Safety Check

If you are a Landlord it is required by law that you have a landlord gas safety check every 12 months on all of your properties. This check assesses that your boiler and all other gas appliances are workings efficient and most importantly checking if they are still safe.

What does the Landlord Gas Safety Check include?

• We will inspect your gas metre, boiler and all gas appliances within your properties.
• We will issue you with a landlord Gas Safety certificate with a reminder to book an appointment in 12 months time.
